- Coffee is directly from the farmers in fair value bought to help with social impact in mind before profit. Some of these farmers are our old friends in Yemen.
- Coffee beans were harvested during October 2021 to march 2022 (collective lots).
- Cherries were picked up carefully by hands (only fully matured dark red grains).
- Natural process 14 to 22 days drying.
- Temperatures range between 6 c to 16 c degrees.
- During shipping from abroad the coffee was vacuumed sealed plastic bags kept inside cartoon boxes for maximum production. it comes in 5, 10 & 15 kgs.
- Our beans are stored and will be dispatched from our location in Amsterdam.

Although Yemeni coffee roasted as medium roast we did a patch of light medium Roast commonly referred to as "medium" roast, though At this point there will be a balanced mixture in flavor between the individual origin of the coffee and the taste of the roasting process which is why it's so popular.
